Here I am again. Not really yo-yoing, even though it's a slight increase since I last logged in, which was a while ago. My wife and the rest of my family never say I need to lose weight but I like to keep it smack in the middle of the "healthy" BMI range.
SO, I'm going to bring it down about 5-10 pounds (3-6kg) again.
Tonight, I'll keep up with the hundredpushup.com; I'm on week 4, day 3/3. Then, every night this week, I'll be on the Wii and that's in addition to the rollerblading to from work.
Food-wise, after tonight since we're having guests and I made tiramisu, I'll be watching what goes in and trying to get back to juicing a crapload of fruits veggies. The juicing has been reduced to one fruit smoothie every day, or every other day.

Ok, I see what the workout failure thing means, been there, ok, pretty much right now! So how was "day 2", after "perfect day 1"? We can always start over with day 1, just so we are never giving up because something doesn't go how we wanted it to. I feel that yucky disappointed stuff when I don't get the workout in too. Here's to consistency with NO excuses in 08!!
I'm usually not real sentimental with the new year's resolution thing. My weight loss happened to coincide with that last year. I am going to use this year to re-evaluate where I am and where I want to be.
Looks like some excellent stuff going on with your training! Keep it going!
